We're going to watch this series from the TVNZ about how Te Tiriti came about over the next few days. Watch closely and use your 'synthesizing' skills to pice together answers to our questions;

- what did it mean for maori?
- what did it mean for the British and everyone else?

O.K. Mr Herring, I can ansewer 1 of the 4 questions.The one i can ansewer is the first one and the ansewer is (well I think it is anyway) : to steal maori land.
